I dont have the time to work out, how can I stay fit?

 

"There's always time to squeeze in a small workout throughout the day or you can create your own schedule to follow day by day or by squeezing in 15 minutes before going to bed which is better than doing none at all.

When will I start to see results?

 

"you will generally start to see and feel your results around 4 weeks, your friends and family should notice around 8 weeks and everyone else will notice around the 12 week period."

How often should  I work out?

 

"it all depends on your body and health status. We recommend a minimum of 3 times a week however every individual is different. We recommend you fill out one of our health today quesionnaores to give us a further understanding "

"Celeb diets are sometimes a marketing ploy. We recommend good old fashioned blood, sweat and tears to achieve results"
